تقدّم MA Solutions خدمات تنفيذ أنظمة ERP وتطوير البرمجيات والتكاملات والمواقع وأدوات إدارة السوشيال ميديا للشركات في مصر والمنطقة. توضح هذه السياسة المعلومات التي نجمعها وكيف نستخدمها.
MA Solutions ("we", "us") provides ERP implementation, software development, integrations, websites, and social media management tools for businesses in Egypt and the region. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
1. المعلومات التي نجمعها | Information we collect
• بيانات التواصل التي تقدمها لنا: الاسم ورقم الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني واسم الشركة ومحتوى رسائلك.
• Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email address, company name, and the content of your messages.
• بيانات الحسابات التي تربطها بأدواتنا (مثل تيك توك وفيسبوك وإنستجرام وتيليجرام): معلومات الملف العام مثل اسم الحساب ومعرّفه والصورة، والرسائل والمحتوى الذي تطلب منا إدارته.
• Account information from platforms you connect (for example TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram): public profile information such as account name, account ID, and avatar, plus the messages and content you ask us to manage.
• بيانات تقنية أساسية عن استخدامك لموقعنا مثل نوع المتصفح والصفحات المزارة.
• Basic technical data about website use, such as browser type and pages visited.
2. كيف نستخدمها | How we use it
• للرد على طلباتك وتقديم خدماتنا. | To respond to your requests and provide our services.
• لنشر وجدولة وإدارة المحتوى والردود على الحسابات التي تفوضنا بها. | To publish, schedule, and manage content and replies on accounts you authorize.
• لتحسين خدماتنا وحمايتها. | To improve our services and keep them secure.
3. تيك توك والمنصات المرتبطة | TikTok and other connected platforms
عند ربط حساب تيك توك نستخدم فقط الصلاحيات التي توافق عليها (مثل معلومات الملف الأساسية ورفع المحتوى كمسودة). لا نبيع بياناتك. يمكنك فصل الحساب في أي وقت من نظامنا أو من إعدادات تيك توك (الإعدادات والخصوصية ← الأمان والأذونات ← التطبيقات والخدمات)، وبذلك تُلغى صلاحياتنا.
When you connect a TikTok account, we use only the permissions you approve (such as basic profile information and uploading content as a draft). We do not sell your data. You can disconnect the account at any time from our system or from your TikTok settings (Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services), which revokes our access.
4. المشاركة | Sharing
لا نبيع المعلومات الشخصية ولا نؤجرها. نشاركها فقط مع مزودي الخدمة اللازمين لتشغيل خدماتنا (كالاستضافة)، أو عند وجود التزام قانوني، أو مع المنصات التي تربطها.
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to run our services (such as hosting), when required by law, or with the platforms you connect.
5. الاحتفاظ والأمان | Retention and security
نحتفظ بالبيانات للمدة اللازمة لتقديم الخدمة أو الوفاء بالتزامات قانونية، ونطبق إجراءات تقنية معقولة لحمايتها.
We keep data only as long as needed to provide the services or meet legal obligations, and we use reasonable technical measures to protect it.
6. حقوقك | Your rights
يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك أو تصحيحها أو حذفها في أي وقت.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your data at any time.
